Surgical Services

We are happy to provide soft tissue surgery, including but not limited to: spays, neuters, mass removals, ear hematoma corrections, & enucleation. You can be assured that our team is highly skilled and focused on providing the best care possible for your pet.

Our team takes every precaution to ensure that our patients receive safe anesthesia. We will perform a pre-surgical consult examination prior to surgery day to ensure your pet is a good candidate for the intended surgery & anesthesia. On the day of surgery, we will perform pre-anesthetic bloodwork to determine which anesthesia and pain medications are safe to use, as well as IV catheter placement prior to anesthesia for IV fluid therapy during surgery (optional for certain surgeries, but strongly recommended).

During anesthesia, your pet will receive electronic monitoring of heart rate, ECG, temperature, oxygenation, blood pressure in addition to physical monitoring of vital signs. All pets receive pain management both during and after surgery.

Post surgery there will always be medical staff member present to monitor the recovery of your pet. We always want you to be comfortable with any procedure that is being done and are happy to discuss the procedure and answer any questions you may have both before the surgery is booked and after our patient has been discharged and is back in your care.

We are able to offer certain surgeries for some exotics- please call to inquire if interested and set up a pre-surgical consult.
