Payment in full is due at the time of the appointment. Please discuss any financial concerns you may have before consenting to services.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Care Credit. We do not accept checks. 

Care Credit is a medical credit card. Care Credit allows six months interest free to pay off each charge over $200.00. You can apply by clicking the link on our home page or at carecredit.com or by calling 1-800-365-8295. Care Credit can also be used for human medical costs where accepted. More information on Care Credit can be found here.

 

For the first visit of new clients, we require a deposit that is applied to the account as a credit that goes towards the first visit. This deposit is refundable up to 24 hours prior to appointment, within 24 hours it is nonrefundable. We do not store credit card information on file.

 

No-shows hurt! We reserve the right to apply a no-show fee and require a deposit  for future appointments after a failed appointment without prior notice.

 

Late Fee: Our veterinarians time is very valuable, we reserve the right to apply a late fee. Late arrivals may be asked to reschedule & be subject to a missed appointment fee.

Due to a significant increase in appointment no shows and missed appointments over the past year our practice has made the decision to update its appointment policy in efforts to accommodate our clientele.  It is the intention of this veterinary practice to schedule our appointments so that each patient receives the right amount of time to be seen by our veterinarian. That is why it is very important that you keep your scheduled appointment with us and arrive on time. As a courtesy, we provide our clients with a reminder call 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. If our receptionist does not speak with you directly, a reminder email notification is sent. In the event that you cannot keep your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we may reschedule you and accommodate those clients who are waiting for an appointment. If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice, a no show fee will be placed on your account. You will be responsible for settling the $45 fee prior to rescheduling your appointment. After three no-shows/missed appointments, our practice may decide to terminate our relationship with you.
